About me and my therapy practice

I work in Victoria and have over twenty years experience counselling individuals. Free initial consultation. Evening sessions available. After discussing your concerns, I will work with you using a range of approaches. If it is helpful, I will also work using your dreams.I am a registered provider for Aviva and Cigna Healthcare.

My first session

The initial session is free. You will have time to talk about what you want counselling for, and to ask any questions you have about the therapy.

If we decide to continue, I will ask you for some information, such as your date of birth, and your GP.
