I am available on Saturdays also on request. 

I deliver therapy via face to face sessions, Telephone, email and walk and talk ( outside) therapy. These are One to one session's. I also offer couple's therapy. Please contact me regarding the fee for this service. 


About me and my therapy practice

Do you need to talk to someone in a safe , non judgemental space?  I offer a safe space in which we can work together to reach your desired outcome and goals. Working with you on your journey and creating a safe, non judgemental space for you to engage positively in therapy. Therapy can enable and create positive self worth and confidence , as well as helping you  gain clarity, acceptance and understanding of your emotions, your life, your past and the world around you. Counselling is a process by which  together we will work step by step through the issues and challenges which have brought you to seek therapy. I have worked with People who have brought many different issues into the counselling room, including anxiety, depression worry, panic,sadness, adult trauma, loss and grief, self acceptance, relationship issues, childhood trauma, workplace issues, low self confidence. Counselling is the ultimate self care. Participation in therapy can help alleviate emotional pain and distress and bring hope and perspective. Talking with someone can really bring freedom to areas of your life. 

Practice description

I will walk Along side you emotionally providing a safe space where you can explore your feelings and any issues or challenges you may be facing or want to look at.  I will actively and empathically listen,  allowing you to be heard, encouraging self reflection and enabling you to become more comfortable with engaging in the counselling process. The session is your safe space.  I aim to create a safe, warm , welcoming environment. Where you can feel able to open up and talk freely about yourself and your struggles. I can also use elements of creative therapy, such as stones, art, sand, Visual/ imagery cards, poetry , music etc. This can assist the therapeutic process when words are hard to find. 

My first session

A initial telephone contact can help to answer any questions you may have about counselling. This is usually around 10-15 minutes. This is of no charge. Also I respond to email questions to make sure your aware of the counselling process and explore and manage any expectations before the initial session. I will send you a client agreement to read through also prior to our first meeting.
