About me and my therapy practice

I worked in various NHS settings and in private practice. As a registered BPC psychodynamic psychotherapist I offer in-depth psychotherapy. I am also a Tavistock Relationships couple therapist and work with couples.

Practice description

I offer face-to-face or zoom sessions.

My first session

Prior to the first session I will send you some information about my work and some questionnaires for me to see where you are at psychologically. At the first session we will get to know each other, discuss your difficulties and whether we could work together. If we agree to work together, we will discuss how to find a way forward from your current situation.
