I work part time, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. At present I have limited availability. I have 2 spaces ATM. Call or email to discuss. 

I have been working as a qualified Counsellor & Counselling Supervisor for the last 16 year. Prior to this I worked for a charity (seconded to GP surgeries, Police cells and community hotspots) specialising in substance misuse and mental health. I counselled clients (and their families) helping them to explore and as much  as possible heal the underlying issues , so they could live a happier life. 

Ive since worked as a Clinical Manager for Wessex Counselling Service and recently gave this up to concentrate on my private practice. 

Currently I see clients on a one to one basis and I also supervise counsellors.

I work, offering weekly Counselling sessions of 50 minutes. Either face to face or via zoom or skype, offering short or long term sessions.  This will be discussed at our first meeting 

I work from a lovely and private building on Montpellier Parade, Cheltenham, where there is parking and a separate private front door, your confidentiality is protected and it is important to me.

I offer a 20 minute free phone or zoom consultation,  prior to us meeting.

After an initial free 20 minute telephone or zoom chat, I will send you a short form to Complete and return to me via email, before our first meeting. This first meeting will be a 50 minute 'assessment' where we get to meet and 'together' we make sure we feel happy to work together. This also gives me the chance to find out more about the issues that you want to work on and for you to ask me any questions, that you may have. I welcome your questions, this is a two way process. 

The cost of the assessment is the same as a counselling session (£55).

I have been working as a Psychodynamic Supervisor for 12 years. I'm experienced at offering one to one and group supervision. 

I have until recently also been working part time as the clinical manager for Wessex Counselling Service in Frome. 

I am now devoting all of my time to my private practice in Cheltenham.

As well as offering one to one supervision, I am at present looking to form a Psychodynamic supervision group , if you or anyone you know is interested, please do get in touch. 

I work face to face from my lovely private room in Cheltenham, Montpellier Parade, or I'm happy to offer sessions via zoom or Skype.

I offer biweekly or monthly sessions at a rate of £60 an hour. 

I am happy to discuss a consession if you are on a low wage.
