About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced therapist with over 14 years of experience. I work in private practice from my home. I believe it is essential that you are able to find the right therapist for you. I offer an initial no obligation 30 minute session (£30) to help you to decide if we are suited to work together. Please feel free to contact me to discuss your needs.

Practice description

I offer both in person and online sessions using Zoom. I ask my face to face clients to meet online or arrange to reschedule if they or any of their household are unwell; I do the same.

I work long term and short term time limited.

My first session

I offer an initial no obligation 30 minute session, which is £30. This is an opportunity for you to have a short experience of a session, ask questions and decide if you feel able to work with me. I believe it is very important you chose the right therapist for you- one size does not fit all.
