Availability

For enquiries and to book an appointment please call between 11am and 7pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 2pm on Saturdays. The office is closed on Sundays and public holidays.

My appointments are from 1pm to 8pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday. I work in English only.

About me and my therapy practice

I developed my counselling and psychotherapy style from the Humanistic approach. This includes Client Centered and Gestalt Therapies. I work with clients, assisting them, in a safe environment, to be more accepting of themselves. By exploring current feelings and emotions each client is supported in addressing the issues that bring him/her to therapy.

I work with a wide variety of issues, I specialize in relationship, identity and sexual health issues. I am experienced in working with those with sexual health and relationship issues. I work with anxiety, overthinking and with those who feel they are stuck in their head. I work with both Individuals and couples.
