About me and my therapy practice
Hello, thank you for reading my profile. I provide professional counselling, CBT and Counselling Supervision.
It's not easy to take this step but whatever is troubling you I am here to listen and help you as much as I possibly can. With 30 years of therapy practice in the charity sector, NHS and private work I have a vast skills set. I work with mild, moderate and more complex client cases. I have provided thousands of hours of professional listening work during my career. I offer you empathy and compassion and my undivided attention. You will certainly feel heard and validated.
Kindly allow me to be alongside you as you heal and get back to your true .
