About me and my therapy practice

If you’re reading this, you’ve probably got something on your mind and feel it will help to talk it through with someone. Whatever it is you’d like to talk about, I’d be very happy to be there with you. I offer non-judgmental and supportive sessions where you can look at the areas of your life which appear not to be working.

My normal work approach is to guide clients to find resolution within six to eight sessions. Sometimes clients decide they’d like to continue for longer, or return on an adhoc basis for top-up sessions.

I’ve been a member of the BACP and have more than 15 years of experience. My sessions last 50 minutes (£50 per session). I have a private room in central Winchester.

Practice description

My original training was in transactional analysis (TA) but over the years I have moved towards a more solution-focused approach.

My first session

My first sessions include an initial 20 min introduction and overview of how we'll work together. Normally we move directly into our first 50 min working session (£50 for first session).
