About me and my therapy practice

I'm a fully qualified MBACP Accredited, Winchester based therapist offering Humanistic Counselling. I also hold Certificates in Couples and Group Therapy. I offer a warm and accepting space to adults and couples to explore issues around relationships, stress, anxiety, depression and loss.

I am an Integrative Counsellor drawing on different theoretical approaches such as Transactional Analysis, Person Centred and Relational perspectives dependent on the needs of the clients.

I also work with several Counselling Agencies and in Private Practice.

Practice description

I offer sessions on a long and short term basis

For flexibility, I offer clients a choice of face to face or on line counselling.

My first session

I offer a brief free telephone conversation to discuss your current concerns.

At the first session we can talk at a deeper level about what is affecting you, what you hope to gain from counselling, how you would like your life to be different and discuss the way forward.
