I am conducting a small-scale qualitative IPA study exploring the lived experience of integrative trainee counsellors or psychotherapists own pregnancy whilst working with clients.

The research aims to explore the relationship between the experience of being a trainee and being pregnant, and how they make sense of this experience. It aims to gain insight into the I embodied experience of pregnancy and how the impact it has upon them personally, professionally, and how it influences their therapeutic practice.
