I am doing a study as part of the requirements for a BSc in Counselling. The study relates to therapists’ experiences working with bereavement during their own personal loss.

The study involves an in-depth interview of the participants’ lived experiences of personal bereavement and its impact on their therapeutic work with grieving clients.

I am looking for relational therapists who would be willing to take part in the study.
They must be able to participate in English and be emotionally and cognitively able to participate in an in-depth interview.
A minimum of 18 months since their bereavement reduces the likelihood of interviewing participants in acute grief.
You do not have to take part in the study.

An information sheet is attached, and you are welcome to ask any questions you might have about the study.
Please get in touch if you would like to learn more about the study and/or would like to take part.

Taking part is your decision and you are free to change your mind at any time, without giving a reason, and without any negative consequences.

The study has been given approval by the research ethics committee and is being supervised by my tutors.
Please email me if you would like to know more: Sari Lambeek.
