We're inviting members to put themselves forward to join the BACP Board of Trustees. We have one place available this year.

Nominations are open now and close on Friday 18 June. You can find out more about the role and put your name forward on the MiVoice nomination website.

You’ll also need supporting statements from a proposer and seconder, both of whom must be members of BACP. The closing date for these is Friday 25 June.

Make a difference

The last year has been one of the most challenging for our Association, our members and the public.

Our Chair, Natalie Bailey, says: "Counselling and psychotherapy, and the work of our members, are now more important than ever before, and BACP is best positioned to play a pivotal role in supporting those in need as we navigate our return to normality.

“By standing for election to the Board, you can help shape the future of our Association. By sharing your ideas, expertise, knowledge and insight, you can positively contribute to addressing the many challenges and exciting opportunities we collectively face."

Members will be invited to vote for their preferred candidate later in the year, with the results announced at our AGM on 5 November.
