After a comprehensive and exhaustive selection process run by the Board, the Board has chosen to nominate Alwyn Li as Chair of the Finance, Risk, Audit, Policy and Performance Committee (FRAPP). Alwyn will serve as FRAPP Committee Chair and director on the Board – his appointment will be proposed for ratification at the 2022 AGM on 11 November 2022.
Alwyn has worked in financial services for more than a decade and held various roles in external audit, internal audit, project management, governance and risk management.
In addition to maintaining several professional qualifications in finance, risk and audit he’s also a proudly trained mental health first aider.

Alwyn has been a member of the FRAPP committee since 2019 and has recently been serving as interim Chair for the committee.
