Take a look at our CYPF conference highlights film to get a sense of the atmosphere and agenda of the day.

The conference - titled Neurodiversity: the therapeutic encounter -  focused on the challenges and opportunities of working with neurodiversity when supporting children, young people and their families.

It aimed to help practitioners develop their knowledge, understanding and skills for working with neurodiversity.

Keynote speakers were Edith Bell, who talked about the prism of neurodiversity, and Abz Abby, whose presentation was titled Harnessing ADHD, Bipolar, Tics and Anxiety: My Unique Superpowers.

And there were plenty of opportunities for members to explore the topic and network with each other.

Watch our short film to get a sense of the day and hear from some of the speakers, attendees and BACP staff who worked on the event.

If you missed out on attending, the on-demand service is available until 13 June 2024.
