About me and my therapy practice
Hi, my name is Sarah. I am a Qualified Integrative Counsellor / Therapist, which means I am trained in many theoretical approaches and can tailor your therapy to the style which best suits you and your needs. I have over ten years of experience working with individuals and couples.
I believe that to get the most out of counselling, it is important to choose a therapist that is right for you. For it to be successful, you will need to find someone you can connect with and feel comfortable and secure opening up to. You will need to feel you can discuss your feelings, in confidence, without being judged.
Hopefully, we will have that connection which will enable you to feel secure and comfortable talking to me. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have and to arrange an initial consultation so we can meet and see how it goes.

About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative counsellor with over 10 years of full time experience in private practice, working with adults and couples.
As a supervisor, I adopt a collaborative approach, supporting supervisees in their client work and own personal development, as well as assisting them in establishing and growing their private practices.
In 2021, I completed a Diploma in Supervision and I now offer both face to face and online supervision for new and experienced counsellors.
In addition to my private practice, I have also worked in a Womens Centre as a counsellor and a facilitator for the Freedom Programme.
Practice description
I believe it is crucial to provide not only support with client work and ongoing development, but also to cultivate a strong, trusting relationship where you can speak openly and honestly without fear of judgment or making mistakes. Many therapists experience imposter syndrome at times and I am here to help build your confidence, not undermine it .
My fees are - £60 for 1 hour or £80 for 1.5 hours.
I also offer top up supervision ie to cover Supervisor holidays or for Couples work if your usual supervisor doesn’t work with couples.
My first session
I offer an initial free chat to talk through what you are looking for in supervision and to see if we both feel we are a good fit. This can be on the phone or a video call for up to 30 minutes.
We can then discuss your needs going forward - I offer flexible days / times to suit.
Clients I work with
Adults, Couples, Older adults, Trainees
