About me and my therapy practice

I work with individuals on a wide range of issues in a comfortable and confidential venue close to the centre of York, with local and public car parking and near to bus and rail routes. I offer both short and long-term counselling support, using Transactional Analysis and Gestalt theories. I offer a no-obligation first session at which I can learn a little about what's troubling you; you can ask any questions and at the end of the session you can decide if you would like to come for a set of sessions.
