I believe that we are always growing — never fixed, never finished. My own journey has shown me that while our past shapes us, healing happens in the present. Through meditation and yoga I’ve learned the power of self-compassion — not just as an ideal, but as a way to truly embrace life and all of it's challenges. Crucially, I believe, it enhances my connection to others.
My professional experience includes working with trauma, childhood sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, and loss. I have provided counselling through organisations and charities such as Kinergy, Womankind and Mind.

MY THERAPY SPACE
I offer a warm, comfortable, and confidential room at my home in BS4, where you can talk freely and feel supported. Our first session is a chance for you to share what’s on your mind and explore what you'd like to work on.
I provide a safe, supportive environment where you can talk openly about your thoughts, feelings, and challenges without judgment. Therapy isn’t about giving advice — it’s about helping you understand yourself better, process emotions, and find ways to cope with life’s ups and downs.
Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just need someone to listen, I’m here to support you in finding clarity, resilience, and a way forward that feels right for you.
Additionally, I provide online vocal healing sessions using chakra tones, chanting, and mindfulness. This is a gentle, structured practice where you can either sing with me or simply listen and receive the healing benefits of sound. No singing experience is needed — this is about relaxation, balance, and finding calm in a different way beyond talking therapy.
