My name is Katie Craven and I am person centred counsellor who is passionate about personal development and growth in a safe and warm space. I can support and empower you in a journey of self discovery and help you heal and grow towards your full potential. I offer face to face, video, telephone and email therapy. The non-direct style of person-centred counselling is beneficial to those who have a strong urge to explore themselves and their feelings, and for those who want to address specific behaviours or patterns of thinking safely and at they’re own pace.

Qualifications:
- BSc Psychology degree
- Level 5 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
I have experience in the following areas:

- OCD - including relationship OCD (rOCD), contamination OCD and health OCD.

I also worked for an LGBTQ+ charity for over 6 years have been thoroughly trained in LGBTQ+ inclusion and health inequalities including trans and non-binary inclusion.
My first session
After an initial 15 minute consultation call - the first session with me is very open and gives you the opportunity to settle into therapy, tell your story and be heard in a safe space. There is no pressure or expectations!
