As a person-centred counsellor, I will listen to you carefully as you explore your issues, feelings, beliefs, and behaviour, and offer insight, so that, together, we alleviate any confusion, stress, anxiety or depression that you may be dealing with. The belief is that you are the expert on yourself, and I will facilitate you in finding your own answers.

I work from a comfortable private therapy room in the centre of Wilmslow for face to face therapy sessions. There is free street parking on residential streets nearby, and Wilmslow train station is 5 minutes walk away. Once I receive your enquiry we will arrange a brief telephone call, and then get you booked in for your first session.
