About me and my therapy practice
I work with different modalities based on my clients needs, including psychodynamic, humanistic, cognitive behavioural theories and Transactional Analysis. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation of growth and everyone is capable of reaching their full potential.Practice description
During our sessions, I will offer you a non-judgemental space to explore your thoughts and make sense of your feelings. Therapy can enable you to work through any difficulties you may be experiencing and to move forward in your life.
Reflecting on existing patterns can help to observe your actions from a different angle and understand yourself better. You may want to talk about something that happened in the past, or troubling you in your present. Whatever is that made you consider seeing a counsellor is your first step towards personal growth.

I offer a 20-minute long, free initial chat via Zoom to see if we can work together.
