Counselling is a unique opportunity to understand how your experiences of the world and unresolved issues can have an impact on your life and relationships. If you are looking to work on your anxiety, depression, improve low self-esteem and set healthy boundaries or heal from trauma, past events,  co-dependency or narcissistic abuse, so you can feel more connected to yourself and others, I can help.


Practice description

My philosophy is that all clients are individuals, and I tailor my approach to best work for you. I, therefore, work collaboratively with clients and build a therapeutic relationship that is based on trust and honesty. I provide a space to talk through issues that are bothering you that are confidential and without judgement.

I am experienced in working with clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, chaotic childhood, family and/or relationship difficulties, low esteem, do-dependency, narcissistic abuse and a lack of self-love. I am an integrative counsellor using psychotherapy, Person-Centred, TA, Gestalt, Inner child work, creative therapy and CBT.  

My first session

I offer a free 15 minute telephone call to discuss what you are looking for, from counselling, and to ask any questions you may have.
