Availability

I offer individual therapy in the evenings from Monday to Thursday, and on Sunday mornings. Sessions can be held either online, or in person.

If you feel you would like to have sessions in person, these take place in private therapy rooms in Peckham, or East Dulwich in South East London.

I understand that reaching out to a therapist can feel daunting, and it is important you find someone you feel is the right fit.

We can schedule a free 20-minute introductory call, where you can ask any questions or concerns that you may have, and I can share a little more about my approach to therapy. This is a great chance for you to see how you feel speaking with me, and we can explore how we may work together.

There’s no obligation to continue after this. What matters most is that you find a therapist who you feel is best placed to support you on this journey, whether that’s me or someone else.

About me and my therapy practice

I recognise that therapy will look different for everyone, as we all experience life in unique ways.

As an Integrative Therapist, I draw from a range of approaches, tailoring therapy to meet your needs.

I am committed to creating a space where you feel safe, accepted, and comfortable expressing yourself. Meaningful therapy is built on a trusting relationship between us both, within an environment that allows you to explore and make sense of your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a way that brings clarity and understanding.

You already have the strength, and insight within you to know how to move forward, even if it doesn't feel that way right now and therapy can help you to connect to this capacity.

Many clients express that whichever challenges they are currently facing, this approach deepens their self-awareness, builds confidence, and creates trust in their own choices, helping them step into a life that feels more meaningful.

Practice description

I believe there is no single best approach for everyone.

By building a trusting therapeutic relationship, where you can feel truly understood, we can explore the best way forward together.

You might come to therapy with a clear idea of the areas you want to focus on.....

But it's also completely normal to not always understand why you feel the way you do, and this is something we can explore together.

A consistent observation throughout my work has been the human need for connection. This informs my holistic approach to therapy, recognising that you are far more than the symptoms you may be experiencing right now.

The main modalities that I use are Person-Centred Theory, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and Mindfulness based practices.

My first session

The first full session we have is designed to help you feel at ease in the process.

Here are a few areas that may be covered in the first session:

• Getting a feel of how the sessions may look

We will begin to develop a relationship, creating an environment where you can feel safe.

• A few practicalities

Together, we can establish a working agreement that outlines the structure of our sessions, your expectations of me, and any questions you may have. We can also set review points to reflect on progress, ensuring that our time together remains meaningful and supportive for you.

• Exploring what brought you to therapy

If you feel comfortable to share, we can explore your reasons for seeking therapy, and any challenges you may currently be having, and how this may be impacting your daily life.

• Goals and Expectations

If you have any specific goals, this can be a good opportunity to look at these. This may not be something that feels clear right now, so there is no need to spend time on this, if that is the case.

• How to move forward

As Integrative Therapy means I draw on different approaches, together we can start to discuss what may be the most suitable way to move forward.
