About your situation
Perhaps troublesome thoughts, feelings and behaviours are repeating over and over. It may be frustrating to consider that life is passing by and you are not making the most of it.
These are some common issues where I find psychotherapy is effective:

As you talk freely you may find that you can look more deeply into your concerns. This allows you to understand aspects of your life that have been difficult. You can then start to let go of unwanted patterns and live with greater enjoyment and satisfaction.

If we decide to work together, the ongoing sessions are weekly and 50 minutes long.
I have an MA in Core Process Psychotherapy and have trained in Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) to level 2.
