Practice description
Sessions are 50 mins long, 9-12 sessions maximum.Appointments via zoom available.My first session
All participants are expected to complete a consent form before meeting for a first appointment. This covers Data Protection requirements and the boundaries and limits of therapy.

About me and my therapy practice
The first session is usually for 45 mins to discover preferences and previous experience of supervision. I work in a clinically client- centred way, paying attention to the process of what may be happening for the supervisee in their work and in the clinical room so that all the material and impact may be thought about. A safe space is offered so that the supervisee (particularly if in training) feels empowered to share their material and ask questions with encouragement and support and appropriate challenge.
Practice description
The first session is usually for 45 mins. Preference and previous experience of supervison is explored to see if we are a fit. Further sessions are arranged, 1 1/2 hours minimum per month as per BACP requirments. These can take place fortnightly or monthly.
EMDR Consultation sessions (minimum of 10 hours per year)
Fees £70 per session

A mutual contract and fee is decided on, further sessions may then be agreed. Forms for consent and registration are completed in advance of the session.
