About me and my therapy practice

I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist able to work with both adults and young people, practicing from a counselling centre close to Birmingham and my private therapy room in Stourbridge. It is the relationship we develop together that will be key so I aim to provide a safe, confidential space in which I hope you will feel accepted and heard.

You may be seeking support for a specific issue or have a general sense that things are not quite right in your world. This first step may feel rather daunting so do please get in touch and I will be happy to talk through any questions you might have about how I work and what to expect.

Experience

I currently work in private practice and also take referrals from Employee Assistance Programmes from companies such as Soma Health, Team Verrico, Premdor, All About People.

I was employed as a bereavement counsellor for Bereavement Support South Worcestershire, based at St Richard's Hospice, having previously been a volunteer counsellor at the Hospice.

I worked as a locum counsellor at Haybridge High School, a volunteer counsellor at King Edward VI College in Stourbridge in the Staff and Student Counselling Service, and on placement at The What? Centre, Stourbridge.
