About me and my therapy practice
Hello and a warm welcome. I am a qualified and experienced BACP Registered counsellor based in Romsey and Eastleigh. I work face-to-face, online and by telephone with adults and young people (16+) and I offer a free initial 20-minute consultation.
I deal with a wide range of issues, including stress and anxiety, depression, self-harm, panic attacks, low self-confidence, work problems, relationship and family difficulties, abuse and traumatic experiences. Counselling can also help with more general issues, such as feelings of stuckness, dissatisfaction with life, or a lack of fulfilment or direction.
Counselling offers you a safe and confidential space within which we clarify, process and resolve any such difficulties. I always tailor my therapeutic approach to suit individual needs and circumstances, and I work at a pace that feels right for you.
Additionally, benefits of counselling often reported by clients include developing a deeper sense of self-understanding and greater levels of optimism and of inner strength.
