About me and my therapy practice
Hello, Iam a Person Centred Therapist and Supervisor. A Registered Member of the BACP working from private rooms in Sherwood, Nottingham where my aim is to support you with personal, emotional and behavioural issues that are affecting your life. I work with all areas of mental health issues, rape and sexual abuse, relationships, bereavement and loss, ADHD, anger. My service is provided irrespective of sex, race, culture, politics, sexual orientation or religious beliefs. My aim is to help you through the process without judgement or telling you what to do. I aspire to strengthen each person's confidence and encourage personal growth. I specialise in Bereavement and Loss - there is nothing that can prepare us for the loss of a loved one and although grief is a natural process, for most people bereavement will be the most distressing experience they will ever face.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a Person Centred Therapist and Supervisor and I aim to offer the time and space to work through any physical or emotional stresses that can be encountered in our client work. Provide the opportunity to explore all aspects of your case load and/or personal issues - in order to ensure that both the needs of your clients and yourself are being addressed and your own awareness skills and knowledge are being developed. Reflection upon both the content and process of your work is key to our work together.
