About me and my therapy practice
FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION
You are taking a brave step when you make the decision to come for counselling and decide to do something proactive towards changing aspects of your life which you feel you can no longer deal with alone.
I recognise the need to be able to build up a trusting relationship with you and I believe I have the personal qualities required to allow this to take place. I possess a natural warmth and acceptance towards each person I meet, which will allow you to feel safe and ensure you feel as comfortable and safe as possible to be able to share the issues which have led you to seek counselling.
Normally I operate from a conveniently situated office in Newport. However, at present, due to the Coronavirus, I am offering sessions by Skype and telephone.
Often, the ability to be able to express emotions and talk through your issues in a safe, confidential space will be all that is needed.
I am here to support you at this difficult and often vulnerable stage in your life. I cannot change your life for you. However, I will strive to enable you to find new and more helpful perspectives, which will enable you to move forward more hopefully in your life.
