About me and my therapy practice

In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to feel disconnected—from others and ourselves. Have you lost touch with your true self? Are you overwhelmed by feelings of shame, or dealing with the effects of trauma in your life or relationships? I’m here to guide you through these complex emotions and help you rediscover your identity.

Hello, i'm Grace, a person-centred counsellor specialising in nurturing relationships, intimacy, trauma, and overcoming shame. I work with individuals and couples, providing a compassionate space to explore and heal feelings of not being good enough and rebuild your self-worth. Whether you're feeling stuck, seeking to enhance your intimate connections, or needing support through significant life transitions, I am here to support you with warmth and understanding.

Through a client-led approach, I focus on identifying behavioral patterns and emotional blocks that hinder your connections with yourself and others. My practice is rooted in compassion, aiming to help you release shame and embrace your self-worth. I employ a blend of traditional and innovative methods, tailored to your needs, including trauma-informed practices that honour your personal journey.
