- Flexible hours available
I work online with individuals who are based in the UK.
I offer afternoon/evening sessions from Monday to Thursday, however, as life is not perfectly scheduled, I try to be flexible with hours if needed.
Please do get in contact to see if working together could be a possibility or you can go here to directly book a free 30-minute introductory call:
About me and my therapy practice
Are you struggling with a persisting issue in your life? Do you want to feel happier? Do you need someone to speak to without fearing that they will judge you? Counselling gives you the freedom to explore and speak about the issues that are important to you.
I can help you by offering a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space just for you. I can be a curious and compassionate companion to help you explore what might be keeping you stuck, and preventing you from moving forward in your life. Contact me today for a free 30-minute introductory call to see if working together could be a possibility.
I am an online person-centred therapist, which means that you will be able to freely explore what is on your mind without me directing the session. We will work together so that you may be able to understand the issues with more clarity, and therefore, come to your own conclusions and find your own solutions.
I have a BSc in Psychology and a Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling. I am a member of the BACP (The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).
I would love to offer you a place where you may feel comfortable and safe in expressing yourself, without fear of any judgement.
Contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org or on +230 5841 2640, and I aim to get back to you within 1 working day. If I have not gotten back to you, please make sure to check your spam box!

I also offer e-mail counselling which is helpful for you if you find writing to be an easier way to express yourself. Some advantages of e-mail counselling are not needing to plan a specific, recurring time each week. This might be useful if you work in shifts, or have flexible working patterns. E-mail counselling also allows you the time to think about what you want to write about.
Sessions for video counselling will be 60 minutes each.
I offer both short term and long term therapy.
The fee for :
- 30 minute sessions is £25 (Face to Face/ Video / Telephone).
- 60 minute sessions is £40 (Face to Face/ Video/ Telephone).
- 1.5 hour sessions is £65 (Face to Face/ Video/ Telephone)
I also offer e-mail counselling, for which the fee is £40 per email, which includes your email and the reply from the counsellor.
Please contact me via email if you are interested in starting counselling.
My first session
I completely understand that the idea of starting counselling, and talking to a total stranger is often a very daunting thought!
So, with that thought in mind, I offer a free 30-minute introductory call (on Zoom or WhatsApp - with or without video if you wish) to understand more about your reasons for seeking counselling. This is also a great opportunity for us to meet each other to see if we can be a good match to work together. It will also give you the chance to ask any questions you may have.
