About me and my therapy practice

I am a Registered Member of BACP. I have worked therapeutically  with individuals and families for over 30 years. My specialism is in palliative care and serious health conditions, having hospice and  hospital experience, as well as extensive bereavement counselling experience. I work with individuals, couples and families during an illness, and after for those bereaved.  I work also with individuals experiencing low self esteem, depression , anxiety, and other life issues. I use a model where our therapeutic relationship is key to the work we do together, facilitating an atmosphere of acceptance and non-judgement, where you may be open about your feelings and difficulties. I enjoy and value diversity, and see each person I work with as an individual. I use a range of approaches to fit whatever we are working with, and what works best for you.
