My available appointment times are Wednesday and Thursday daytime.  I take regular holiday breaks throughout the year.

I have been working with individuals for 27 years and my special interests are clients who want to understand who they most essentially are, Boarding School survivors and relationship issues. Alongside of client work I have 15 years experience of supervising the client work of other counsellors/therapists and trainees. I worked with couples with my husband Richard Knight for 15 years until December 2021.

I work with clients from my home address or online and usually on a weekly basis of one hour sessions.

The first session is used to gather information and to identify the client's presenting issue.  This appointment would be charged at the normal rate.

Appointments would normally be offered on Wednesday or Thursday daytime.

Qualified as a Psychosynthesis Therapeutic Counsellor 1997, as a Supervisor (Integrative Psychosynthesis) 2004 and as a Relationship Psychotherapist in 2008.  Currently work with individuals in private practice and as a training supervisor for Edinburgh University Diploma students, therapists training in working with Boarding School Survivors and therapists training in Creative Couple work.  In addition I work with individual clients and until very recently with couples with my husband Richard Knight.

I would describe the supervision that I offer as Intergrative.

I offer a safe, holding space for practitioners to discuss their client work in an open and honest way.  For me supervision is a creative and developmental space.

The first session would be an opportunity to work out if we could work together through open discuss and shared information.  I charge my normal hourly rate.
