About me and my therapy practice
Perhaps you want a space to explore your relationships, understand your anxiety or depression or simply a safe space to reflect.
Perhaps something is holding you back and blocking or limiting your growth and expansion.
Or maybe you want how you feel on the inside to match how you are on the outside; in your everyday experience.
I am Sam, a qualified counsellor and I can provide you the safe, non-judgmental space you need to bring whatever it is you wish to bring.
My approach is Humanistic Integrative, which means that I recognise that you are the expert of your own unique life.
I follow your lead for us to work together to make useful connections and gain insight for greater self-awareness.
I appreciate the mind- body connection and allow space to see how this relates to you; bringing focus to how you are feeling in the present moment, within your body.
And together we’ll notice how your there and then may be impacting your here and now.
I have worked with a range of issues including sex and relationships, anxiety and depression, and general exploration; to facilitate growth and discovery.
It would be a pleasure to work with you and facilitate the change you wish to see in your life and work together for you to get to know your True Self.
My first sessionI offer a free 30 minute online session to allow us to get to know each other and for you to see if we would be a good fit to work together on what you want from therapy. You can also use this time to ask me any questions you might have.
