About me and my therapy practice
I am currently offering reduced rates for video sessions during the Covid-19 pandemic. Please get in touch for details.
I am an integrative therapist, which means that I am trained to draw flexibly on a range of therapeutic approaches, tailored - in dialogue with you - to suit your current needs and preferences. As we go along we will discover and monitor what seems to be more or less helpful to you. I will encourage you to take the lead in terms of what material you bring and how you might want us to explore it.
I will seek to help you use all your personal and life resources - thoughts, feelings, strengths, convictions, relationships, and more - to increase the freedom you have to make the choices and changes you want.
I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, bereavement, addictions, trauma, stress, and difficulties with relationships and employment, amongst others.
I work a few minutes' walk from Shadwell station (Overground and DLR).
Sessions are 50 minutes long and will usually take place on a weekly basis, face-to-face.
I can work in a time-limited or open-ended way, and this is something we can discuss and review to ensure we find a way of working that is most helpful to you.
