About me and my therapy practice
Finding a therapist can feel very difficult and overwhelming, especially when you are dealing with many pressures in your daily life. I offer a confidential and safe space where we can explore and think about your feelings and the challenges which you may be experiencing. These may encompass general daily life anxieties or complex and difficult situations.
I have over 15 years of working in the mental health field and I am an experienced and fully trained psychodynamic psychotherapist and counsellor.
I will work with you to help you consider existing patterns of behaviour, develop your self-esteem, think about your current and past relationships and the impact these may have had on you. Exploring this together can lead to increased understanding and ultimately improve well-being. I have a particular focus on depression, anxiety, anger issues and relationship difficulties.
