Hello and welcome
Is there something missing from your life? Do you feel alone and depressed? Or anxious about something that's difficult to talk about?
People come to therapy for many reasons. And it's not always easy to make that first step.
Whatever you need help with, I can offer a safe, non-judgemental space to explore what's troubling you.
We'll look at pathways to healing and transformation, and I'll help you to achieve your goals and create a fulfilling life.
What happens in the sessions?
As an integrative therapist, I use a variety of tools, especially tailored to your needs. We’ll work together to discover what’s standing in the way of your natural potential.
We’ll take a deep dive into your life. We’ll look at your beliefs, and how you’re relating to people around you. We’ll see what’s holding you back.
I’ll help you become more conscious of the present moment, so you can identify, and let go of old patterns you no longer need.
My first session
Our first meeting will be the 'initial consultation'. This is a face to face meeting at Wimpole Street, where we'll be able to see whether we're a good fit for working together.
I'll use this time to learn as much as I can about you. We'll talk about the issues troubling you, and I'll get some history about your family and personal life.
This is also a time for you to ask questions, about the therapy, the amount of sessions, and anything that might be concerning you.
If we decide to work together, we'll agree on a weekly time slot which I'll hold for you on the same day and time.
