About me and my therapy practice
I am currently working online via Zoom, where I offer a calm and confidential space where we can work together to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours in a creative and non-judgemental way. This means that you can use the time and space to tune into and discuss what is going on with you as honestly and bravely as you can.
When we feel overwhelmed, frazzled, anxious, confused, hopeless, or stuck in our lives, in our ways of being or thinking - in relation to single events or a lifetime of experiences - life gets tough. Talking to someone you don't know can seem like an odd choice but talking helps, especially when that someone can listen, ask questions, help you notice and experience things in a way that can help you reflect on and feel differently about what is going on in your life. Therapy can help you explore other ways of being and behaving, it can help you create space so you can feel freer and more resilient in the expression of who you are.
My first session
I offer long-term/ open-ended therapy depending on what your needs are. We start with an initial consultation to help us determine whether we are able to work together and if we decide to go ahead we will see each other weekly for a 50 minute session at an agreed day and time.
My fees are £40 for a first consultation, and £70 for a session.
