About me and my therapy practice
Lost, struggling, feel like your going crazy and wanting to find some peace, simply want to feel happy again?
I am here to help you make sense of what you feel, to help you understand what's going on in your head.
I work holistically, this means working with the whole of you, your head heart, and soul. Supporting you to release energetically all the emotions, beliefs, patterns, accumulated over years to simply allow you to breathe again, to be free.
When something is just not feeling right, there's confusion, feeling stuck, lost, your head, heart, and soul can become out of alignment. I support you to reconnect to yourself.
At times it may feel as you are going mad, that it's all too much. Whatever the emotions you are feeling right now,... it's ok.
It can be hard to sometimes talk to family and friends and seeking professional support is the next step. I can help you make sense of and explore any difficulties you are experiencing

I have worked as a counsellor since 2008.
My practice is based on a person-centered experiential model which focuses entirely on you.
I have experience in working within the NHS, charity hospice settings, and much more.
I have supported families through, Grief, Loss, bereavement, trauma, burn-out, rape, sexual abuse, murder-suicide, inner child work, child loss, and all aspects of pregnancy-related loss of a baby with all the emotions, feelings, and anxieties that accompany such losses.
