About me and my therapy practice
I am a professionally trained psychotherapist with experience in working with depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction as well as Autism and learning difficulties bringing complex and challenging behavioural needs. My practices are based in South Norwood, SE25 and Balham, SW17.
Psychotherapy is a specialist talking treatment with the aim to help people to explore their lives in order to understand and work through emotional and psychological problems. I am to provide a form of psychotherapy which focuses on the difficulties, imbalances, stresses and or questions an individual might be struggling within their outer and or inner life.
Sessions will run for 50 minutes and, initially, I would aim to meet at least once per week at a time and day that would suit your schedule.
