About me and my therapy practice
As a professionally trained psychodynamic psychotherapist with extensive experience, I can assist with various presenting problems, including work or study issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, addictions, obsessive behaviours, sexuality issues, relationships, and the loss of meaning or purpose in life.
Even if your issue does not fit into these categories, psychotherapy can be a process of discovery and understanding.
My goal is to provide specialized talking therapy that helps individuals explore their lives and work through challenging emotions, decisions, and experiences.
I focus on the difficulties, imbalances, stresses, and questions that you might be struggling with in your current circumstances.

The sessions usually last for 50 minutes and we can schedule them once per week at a time that is convenient for you.
I have provided my current availability, but if it doesn't work for you, let me know and I will try to accommodate your schedule.

My first session
To help you understand the therapy process, I provide an introductory assessment session where you can meet me and ask any questions you have.
We can also talk about the reasons why you are seeking therapy and establish goals for the process. Before the session, you will need to complete a Pre-Assessment form.
The assessment session usually takes 30 to 40 minutes, which is shorter than a standard session which lasts 50 minutes.
The fee for the assessment session is £40.
