NHS & CAREWORKERS - 20% FEE REDUCTION

Knowing the pressure, stress and anxiety that many of you are or have been enduring over the last few months during the Covid pandemic, the need to talk to a therapist maybe even greater and I am offering all NHS staff and carers a 20% reduction in Therapy fees for the next 12 months.

NuVista counselling will gradually be returning to Face to Face Counselling over the next few weeks but will also retain online therapy via skype and Zoom going forward as it has proved to be very worthwhile.

If you are looking for counselling a I have space for new clients either Face to Face or online.

Stay Alert, Stay Safe.

About me and my therapy practice

I work with adults from all different backgrounds and I have experience of working with ethnic and sexual minority groups on short and long-term contracts. I also have extensive experience working with addictions.

I work using an integrative approach combining the core therapies of person-centred, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) tailored to individual needs.

I provide a safe, empathic and non-judgemental space for you to explore your difficulties. I will not tell you what to do, but will guide you to help you make the right choices in your life and to gain greater self-awareness.

I pride myself on my down-to-earth, honest and open approach.
