About me and my therapy practice
I will help you to process your life, your thoughts and feelings, as well as your past. I can also help you to understand your own process better which can create greater self-awareness and self-acceptance. Allowing you to have more choice and putting you on the path to progress. I offer a safe and supportive environment for you to explore what is bothering you.
I work from a purpose built counselling room at my home.
Counselling is a process on the path to progress. I will be with you every step of the way.
My first session
I offer an initial consultation free of charge for 20 minutes to discuss what has brought you to counselling and give you an idea of how it will feel. Alternatively you can opt to go straight to a first session, which will be 50 minutes long and charged at my usual rate of £50. This will give you longer to discuss what has brought you to counselling and enable the therapy to begin straight away. Please contact me if you would like to arrange an initial consultation or a first session.
