About me and my therapy practice
By understanding why you think, feel and behave as you do you can then start to make positive changes leading to an increase in peace, contentment and happiness. I have over 10 years experience of working collaboratively with teenagers and adults to bring about positive changes in mood and behaviour.
I work in an Integrative way so that I can incorporate different therapeutic models into my work including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy and Mindfulness. This means that I can be flexible in the way that I work with you depending on your preferences and personal goals.
My experience includes working with people that struggle with anxiety, low mood, depression and stress. I also have experience of working with people with a diagnosis of Aspergers and ADHD.

Within our initial apppointment we will together understand more about your goals and discuss frequency of future appointments. Normally I will work with you once a week for an agreed period of time.
