About me and my therapy practice

You want to live a life that feels significant, fueled by your values, that empower you and those you love.

But loss; in all its various forms can make this vision feel even more illusive. A mystery. Yet loss, also increases our drive to make our lives matter. To really wrestle with the hard stuff and step into the life we value.

Sometimes we don't know what we're feeling or what we think about our feelings. It's so confusing; yet we know its important to try make sense these messages.

I am a creative and empathetic counsellor who will play detective with you. Examine the clues and messages together and journey with you to find purpose in the pain.

I have experience of working for the Crossroads Counselling service in Tower Hamlets in London, where I had the opportunity to provide support to people with a wide variety of issues such as anxiety, retirement, unemployment, and depression. I supported women in Holloway Prison with child loss issues and have provided short term (12 weeks) therapy as part of Wandsworth Bereavement Service. I deeply value the creativity of play therapy and therefore have volunteered at CARIS Islington a service providing support for bereaved children.

I have over 10 years experience working in the charity sector with Humanitarian Aid Workers; debriefing them after critical incidents and providing support as they transition back to life in the UK.
