About me and my therapy practice
I provide individual counselling from a comfortable, welcoming space right behind Eastbourne railway station. I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore your difficulties; your thoughts and feelings can be expressed without judgement. My work is grounded in the humanistic approach, this means that I see each and every person as an individual. How we each experience our world is unique and can be explored through a safe relationship where a person can feel heard and accepted for who they are.
I hold a Postgraduate diploma in Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counselling from the University of Brighton. I also hold a Postgraduate diploma in Mental Health Nursing and I have spent 8 years working in community services within the NHS.
I look forward to hearing from you to arrange an initial session where we can get to know each other and we can explore what brings you to counselling. If you would like to continue with regular sessions, we can then decide how often to meet and when, usually weekly. Please get in touch if you have any questions.
