About me and my therapy practice
I offer individual one to one counselling from a comfortable, welcoming space right behind Eastbourne railway station.
During the Covid-19 pandemic I will be offering sessions via a secure video link. Please do get in touch to talk about how this could work for you.
I see each and every person as an individual with unique experiences. I will offer you a space where you can explore your experiences through a relationship where you can feel heard and accepted for who you are.
I hold a Postgraduate diploma in Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counselling from the University of Brighton. I previously qualified as a Mental Health Nurse and I have spent 8 years working in community services within the NHS.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and work in accordance with the ethical framework for counselling professionals.
I look forward to hearing from you to arrange an initial session where we can get to know each other and we can explore what brings you to counselling. If you would like to continue with regular sessions, we can then decide how often to meet and when, usually weekly. Please get in touch if you have any questions.
