About me and my therapy practice
I work in an integrative way which means that I tailor my approach to you individually to explore your feelings, emotions, experiences and relationships in the way that suits you best. I believe it is the relationship which heals so I aim to work in collaboration with you to build a safe, compassionate and trusting relationship, to bring about the healing that you long for.
Practice description
I offer face-to-face sessions in a private, quiet room just outside Felixstowe. This is easily reached by car (there is ample parking), by train or bus. During this time of Coronavirus, I offer remote sessions via Zoom or phone to protect our safety. I will review this and return to offering face-to-face sessions when I feel it is safe to do so. Each session lasts an hour and I have flexible times depending on availability.
My first session
The first session is an opportunity for us to meet each other, to discuss what brings you into therapy and whether we can work together. We can explore some of your history, your current concerns and what you would like to gain from therapy. This first session will last for an hour.
