About me and my therapy practice
I listen to the people who come to talk to me. They tell me about the things that really bother them. I then support them in working towards a way of accepting reality, so that they are free to make choices and to do what they are capable of doing to make their lives more creative and enjoyable.
I work face to face with people and also online, via WhatsApp, FaceTime, Skype and Zoom.
I work in the short term (3 months), medium term (6 to 12 months), and longer term (1, 2, or 3+ years.)
I see people for one 50 minute therapy session per week, on the same day and at the same time each week.
My first session
I schedule a free, initial 30 minute session with people so that we can talk and find out if we feel comfortable working together. If we both feel comfortable, we then schedule our regular, weekly session of therapy. We discuss my fee at that initial, free session. I ask people to pay me weekly, by bank transfer, on the day of our therapy session.
