I work mainly with men using a simple approach emphasising male values and working patterns, meaning we focus on looking ahead and finding practical solutions that fit you and your situation. Early sessions are spent exploring, reflecting and understanding what is happening. Once we have an understanding, we can identify ways of moving ahead. Most clients see a way forward in 3 to 4 sessions.
