About me and my therapy practice
On our journey we often become lost and caught up in negative thoughts and feelings which can change our perceptions of life and take us out of balance. I offer counselling with a holistic approach by helping you to access your own inherent ability to grow and develop, thus empowering you to use your own inner wisdom to live a more fulfilling way of being and transforming the way you experience your life.
I will support you to better understand the patterns in your life which are causing you distress. This will help to facilitate insight into the core of your thinking, your self belief, your behaviour and your imposed limitations. I believe past experiences shape our internal structures and affect how we view ourselves within our relationships and society.
I offer you a safe, non judgemental, confidential and trusting environment where you will be heard and understood. This allows a space to permit and explore your whole self, build resilience and invoke personal empowerment and confidence to enable you to contemplate change and growth in a balanced and harmonious way.
I am an Integrative Counsellor which means I embrace several models and skills that help me to adapt my approach to suit your individual needs. My experience and training enables me to work to a specific focus/goal orientated, as well as exploring personal challenges at a deeper level.
I have a calm, empathic and honest approach and I have extensive experience of empowering and supporting change within my clients.
