About me and my therapy practice
My name is Sam; my aim is to work collaboratively with you in a non-judgemental, calm and empathic space, where we can explore, at your own pace, the difficulties you are experiencing.
I believe that you are your own expert and by getting to know what you are experiencing we will be able to find the way for you to feel and think differently about life’s challenges. My approach is primarily humanistic, that is, person centred.
I work on a face to face basis with adults, depending on your needs offering either short or long term talking therapy. During our initial conversation we can discuss what your aims are for therapy and how we can work towards them.
