About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP-registered integrative psychotherapist with clinical experience across the NHS, a specialist women's centre, and a range of counselling services.
I work with both men and women from a range of backgrounds, including students, parents, and professionals, supporting them with concerns such as stress, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, and workplace issues.
I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, with all sessions taking place online.
Alongside my general practice, I have a particular interest in working with clients who have experienced coercive control, gaslighting, institutional betrayal, legal abuse, and stalking, particularly where abuses of power have affected relationships, families, or workplaces. I also provide training to qualified and trainee psychotherapists on stalking and coercive control.
Getting started
If you are considering therapy, I would be happy to hear from you. An introductory call is an opportunity for us to have an initial conversation, explore what you are looking for, answer any questions, and see whether we might work well together.
Please feel free to contact me here with your phone number so we can arrange a free 15-minute phone call, or email me at rochelle@rochellemarashi.com
